THE PROVINCIAL IMPLEMENTATION TEAM REPORT ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE BRIAN SINCLAIR INQUEST REPORT Mandate of the Provincial Implementation Team The provincial implementation team, henceforth referred to as “the team”, was established by direction of the Minister of Health in response to the publication of the 200-page Report of the Brian Sinclair Inquest. [...] The purpose of the team is to advise the Minister of Health and the Government of Manitoba on the appropriate follow-up actions for each of the Preston report recommendations and the status of implementation thereof.
