Consistent with the elimination of slates of candidates as recommended by the Good Governance Task Force, the Nominating Committee is mandated to ensure each candidate for director-at-large positions on the Board of Directors has an equal opportunity to be known to potential voters. [...] QUALIFICATIONS To qualify to serve on the Board of Directors as a Director-at-large, you need only be a member of the Council of Canadians in good standing, and have the endorsement of five other members. [...] This is an opportunity for candidates to present themselves to the membership, highlighting their skills and experiences and the contribution they hope to make to the Council of Canadians in this leadership position.
