Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and Live-In Treatment, and as part of the leadership team, this role provides leadership to YouthLink in service of the mission. [...] This includes actively setting the tone for the culture of the organization and centering YouthLink values and approach in all decision making while managing and supervising a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure quality treatment of youth and their families. [...] Establishes and maintains a coherent multidisciplinary team of clinicians whose individual and collective efforts work for the benefit of the clients of the agency. [...] Ensures the purchase of all resources, testing equipment, library and audiovisual materials as needed for the clinical activities of the clinical team.
