The Board shall remit the dues deducted pursuant to such assignment to the Treasurer of the Union not later than fifteen (15) days following the date upon which deductions were made, with a written statement of names of the employees for whom the deductions were made and the amount of each deduction. [...] If the Board proposes an extension to the probationary period, such a proposal shall be sent, in writing, to the Union, with a copy to the employee and shall detail: (a) the length of the proposed extension; (b) the reasons for such extension; SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.
