382 (GREATER VICTORIA SCHOOL BOARD EMPLOYEES) (hereinafter called the “Union”) OF THE SECOND PART WHEREAS the Board is an “Employer” within the meaning of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia; AND WHEREAS the Union is a “Labour Union” within the meaning of said Act; AND WHEREAS it is the desire of both parties to promote and maintain harmonious industrial relations and to recognize the mu.
