Failed Candidates (from the most recent past CASEM exam) Level 3: Practice Eligible Internationally Trained SEM with at least one year of SEM training Level 4: Practice Eligible *Enhanced Skills Canadian Programs in SEM (CCFP and RCPSC) • The candidate must be a Resident of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons or College of Family Physicians of Canada and have completed a one-year [...] • The candidate must provide a letter from the Residency Program Director stating that the candidate is under their supervision and is expected to meet the program requirements. • The candidate must provide documented participation of 50 hours of team/sport/event coverage (see application form for details). Practice Eligible: Internationally Trained SEM • The candidate who has undertaken [...] only ONE year of independent medical practice post completion of training is needed prior to sitting the CASEM exam. [...] • The candidate must have an independent license to practice medicine.
