For instance, due to the cultural significance of the coca leaf and international treaties to respect the rights of Indigenous Peoples, the cultivation* of coca has been decriminalized in Bolivia; several States have legalized recreational and or medicinal cannabis*; and there is growing divergence as to the legal status of psychedelics*.
