[...] 13 The Council’s collaboration for the advancement of francophone and Acadian artists in OLMCs The Council, together with other federal cultural institutions, is a signatory to the Collaboration Agreement for the Development of Arts and Culture in the Francophone Minority Communities of Canada 2018 2023 (the Agreement). [...] The goal of this agreement is to strengthen the coordination of and consolidate efforts for the development of francophone and Acadian linguistic minorities in Canada and to promote their contribution to Canada’s arts and culture.
