The conference aims to ensure that public health professionals and their partners in community have access to evidence-based knowledge on how to improve population and public health outcomes in BC, while helping to strengthen our provincial capacity for addressing health inequities related to climate and the environment through effective population and public health promotion. [...] 1 Purpose To bring together public health and other related professionals to work towards improving planetary health and creating well-being societies in ways that will enable progressive action, effective change in policy and practice and improve the lives of people and communities in BC and beyond.
