Reports to: Regional Manager Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Supports ISIP teams in the aspects of community connections programming, monitoring, and reporting • Supports ISIP teams in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers • Works closely with the regional leadership team in ensuring community connections programs are resourced and delivered in accordance with best practices to achievi. [...] • Ensures a high standard of service delivery that is implemented in accordance with contract requirements, volunteer management protocols, and standards • Ensures all operational and administrative processes are implemented to achieving community connections programming outcomes • Develops and implements a strategic plan for promoting community connection programs and volunteering opportunities •.
