Davison discussed the current situation that the ISRB is in and warned the board of the potential pitfalls of this meeting. [...] Bruce Davison responded that the ISRB has the ability to convey recommendations related to pipelines in the Souris basin to the governments through the IJC. [...] Ken Bottle with the USFWS weighed in that since the stage value (water level reading without an elevation datum applied) is the same as the past and will provide a consistency for the future, the USFWS will be using the stage value to define their operations of the Lake Darling. [...] The Board decided to send a letter to the IJC and the two federal governments to find out why WSA decided not to participate in the board meeting. [...] The ISRB requests that the IJC and governments meet and attempt to reconcile the issues that are keeping Saskatchewan from the ISRB.
