[...] THAT upon adoption, the Court Jurisdiction and Proceeding Transfer Act (1995 amendments) and the Court Jurisdiction and Proceeding Transfer Act (1994) be withdrawn; and THAT the working group prepare uniform legislation and commentaries on the enforcement of Canadian judgments and decrees and report back to the ULCC at the 2022 meeting.
