4.2 It is mutually agreed that no third party shall have the right to amend, modify or expand the provisions of the collective agreement and any issue arising during the term of the agreement on which the Board has not specifically agreed to some limitation on the exercise of its authority will be conclusively determined by the judgement of the Board until otherwise established through subsequent. [...] 5.2 REMITTANCE: The Board agrees to deduct the Union's initiation fee and membership dues from the pay of each Employee and to remit them to the Union no later than the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of the pay period in which the deductions were made, together with a list of Employees which shall indicate the amount of deductions in each case. [...] 13.7 SUBROGATION (a) If the employer pays or is obliged to pay to an employee an amount of salary from sick leave credits, then the employer shall have the right to be subrogated to the rights, powers, privileges and remedies of the employee to whom the payment is made in any claim or cause of action the employee may have for compensation for lost income against other parties to the extent of the.
