Introduct ion This report presents the findings of the Essential Employability Skills for the Health Sector (EES-HS) project, a pilot project designed to adapt and test the transferability of an innovative and highly contextualized blended learning approach to essential and employability skills training for the health sector. [...] Toward the successful conclusion of the ESAF project, amid the context of a pandemic and the emerging need for additional health care workers, the project funder, the Federal Department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), approached LCNB to undertake a subsequent project: the EES-HS pilot project.
