Alberta Public Lands Appeal Board

Certain public land decisions made by Alberta Environment and Parks are appealable to the Public Lands Appeal Board. You may also apply to the Public Lands Appeal Board for a road use decision in certain cases when you cannot reach an agreement for the use of a road on Crown land.​
