[...] Provincially, mathematics scores across the provinces in the minority-language systems (the anglophone school system in Quebec and francophone school systems in other provinces) ranged from 473 in Ontario to 500 in Quebec, and in the majority-language systems ranged from 459 in Newfoundland and Labrador to 515 in Quebec (Appendix B.1.7). [...] Both female and male students in Quebec achieved scores above the Canadian averages in each of the process and content knowledge subscales, except in the change and relationships subscale, in which boys in Quebec achieved at the Canadian average.
