ARTICLE 3 RIGHTS OF EMPLOYER For the purpose of the application of this Agreement, the "Employer" shall be the individual School District referred to in the preamble to this Agreement. [...] Deductions shall be made from the payroll of each month and shall be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union not later than the 10th day of the month following, accompanied by a list of all employees from whose wages the deductions have been made.
