To promote the morale, well-being and security of all the employees in the bargaining unit of the Union; AND WHEREAS it is desirable that methods of bargaining and all matters pertaining to the working conditions of the employees be drawn up in an agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: ARTICLE 2: RECOGNITION AND NEGOTIATIONS (a) Recognition of Union The Employer or anyone authori. [...] (c) Purpose of the Committee The purpose of the Committee is to promote the cooperative resolution of workplace issues, to respond and adapt to changes in the economy, to foster the development of work-related skills and to promote workplace productivity.
