b) The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of the name of each Steward and the area(s) they represent and the name of the Chief Steward, before the Employer shall be required to recognize same. [...] Step 3: If the Union considers the grievance to be justified, the Union shall submit the grievance in writing to the Superintendent of Schools/Secretary-Treasurer or designate within ten (10) working days of the written decision of the Supervisor at Step 1. [...] Step 4: If the grievance is not resolved in Step 3, the grievance shall be considered at a meeting between a Grievance Committee of the Board of Education consisting of three (3) representatives of the Board of Education (at least one (1) of whom shall be a Trustee), and the Union consisting of up to three (3) members of the Union, within fifteen (15) working days from the written decision of the. [...] 13.04 Decision of the Board of Arbitration The decision of the majority shall be the decision of the Board of Arbitration. [...] 13.05 Disagreement on Decision Should the parties disagree as to the meaning of the Board of Arbitration's decision, either party may apply to the Chairperson of the Board of Arbitration to reconvene the Board of Arbitration to clarify the decision, which it shall do within five (5) days of the request being made, or such other period as the Board deems appropriate.
