This particular report presents the methodology and results of a literature review, the purpose of which was to determine what is known about play spaces for vulnerable children aged 6-12 years in Canada. The key words used in the searches reflected a combined search of terms related to active and outdoor play/playground/play spaces along with key words related to 6-12 years of age, low-income/vulnerable neighbourhoods.
