The Association of Municipalities of Ontario and the Ontario Municipal Social Services Association have joined to discuss and provide examples of how municipalities can reduce poverty in their communities. [...] The government committed to important policy and program changes including the Provincial Municipal Fiscal and Service Delivery Review, the Ontario Child Benefit, the Long Term Affordable Housing Strategy and the review of child care.
