Girls’ Fund Phase 2 Summary Report Section 1: Introduction, Methodology, Participation Rates and Demographic Profile 4 METHODOLOGY The design and measures used in the current evaluation were based upon information collected from the grantee organizations, the Girls’ Fund Program Logic Model as defined by the CWF (see Appendix A), and the design and measures used in the pilot phase evaluation. [...] In Years 1 and 2, following the completion of the online surveys, staff from each site was also asked to participate in telephone interviews to both clarify any ambiguities from the process survey and obtain feedback from staff on their perception of the program outcomes, critical aspects of the program, and the importance of girl-only programming.
