Affordable housing for BC's capital region

The Community Social Planning Council, Victoria Real Estate Board, and the Capital Regional District came together in 2011 to review developments in the region and elsewhere, and resolved, with the support of the Real Estate Foundation of BC, to examine what kinds of tools might be available to municipalities and the regional district to enable affordable housing 1.
