[...] According to the government’s consultation page, the goal of the public outreach exercise is to help “evaluate the performance of the CPTPP with a view to updating and enhancing the Agreement to ensure that it remains of the highest possible standard for trade agreements.”1 The recommendations in this submission respond to the last of the government’s four leading questions: “Are there existing pr.
