For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca and the Mississaugas of the Credit. [...] The table is helpful in facilitating the alignment of organizational data practices with the priorities, capacity and interests of communities. [...] The formation and function of the data governance table would best be co-designed with the community to reflect the unique context, data nature and intended use. [...] The EGAP serves as a timely and important set of principles to help improve the health data ecosystem by increasing transparency, trust and community data governance. [...] • Identify and action an accountability mechanism for the governance table and the institution.
