RESOLVED: THAT the report of the working group on Drafting Conventions be accepted; and THAT the Drafting Conventions be adopted; and THAT, having adopted the Drafting Conventions, the ULCC recognizes that it is desirable to review the Principles for Drafting Uniform Legislation Giving Force of Law to an International Convention and ULCC products prepared in accordance with the Principles to ensur. [...] The working group sought direction on where the line should be drawn on the continuum of applicable behaviour set out in the report and delegates agreed with the respect to the first three columns in the behaviour continuum and no objection was voiced to the notion of expanding application beyond the employment context. [...] RESOLVED: THAT the progress report of the Working Group on Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) be accepted; THAT the working group continue its work in accordance with the directions of the ULCC; and THAT the working group report back to the ULCC at the 2024 meeting. [...] RESOLVED: THAT the report of the Steering Committee sub-committee on Rules of Procedure and Policies of the Civil Section be accepted; THAT the Policy on the Distribution of Materials to the Civil Section for its Annual Meeting annexed to the Report be adopted by the Civil Section; and THAT the sub-committee continue to consider rules of procedure and policies of the Civil Section and report back. [...] RESOLVED: THAT the progress report of the working group on Charitable Organizations be accepted; THAT the working group continue its work in accordance with the directions of the ULCC; and THAT the Working Group report back to the ULCC at the 2024 Meeting.
