For the latter, the risk of infection and the effects of COVID-19 infection prevention and control measures have severely disrupted their lives including with their families at home, on the road, at work, and in the wider community. [...] The steelworker grieved the company’s policy on the basis that at the same time, the company was allowing thousands of American truckers and contractors to cross the border and visit the steel plant without quarantine.
