[...] The main point here is that SRK’s POS seems not yet to have appreciated the importance of lan- guage to ensure the participation of the most vulnerable of BHP/Billiton’s stakeholders. [...] Central Suriname Nature Reserve (CSNR), the ESA will advise if the most prudent course is to (a) improve the protection of this reserve or to (b) extend the CSNR, or (c) to conserve the 15 km gap between the Bakhuys Concession and the CSNR.
