Welcome to the twenty-eighth issue of the BU Journal of Graduate Studies in Education, devoted to rural, northern, and Aboriginal education. [...] The interplay between teachers’ expectancy for success in using the newly acquired information and the value they assign to it is a good predictor of the level of implementation motivation a teacher will display (Osman & Warner, 2020). [...] Administrators working to be involved in the maintenance of teacher goals may assess the usefulness and acceptance of text messages for some of their PF. [...] The actions that a principal can take to increase motivation will help to develop leader-faculty relationships, and the more committed a principal is to establishing CTE, the greater the likelihood of the development of positive faculty relationships. [...] School buildings, staff, and the policies that rule them can be a strong force of support in the face of food insecurity for our youth.
