I am writing today to let you know why I chose to come back to school and a little about the time I was in high school. [...] So as I ponder about my future,wondering what I'd like to be when I grow up, I realize I can be anything I want to be. [...] My life started to feel purposeful, I was proud of myself and I finally felt like I was on the path to becoming the best role model I could be for my children. [...] Next time I apply for I job, I will finally be able to click the box when it asks if I have a high school diploma “with a smile” I might add. [...] But all I do now is to do my hardest to get my GED which I pray that I get, and when I get my GED no one can take it from me.
