The review was conducted in the context of changes in the social policy environment in Saskatchewan—and increasingly in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic—adding to the difficulties facing those in greatest need. [...] This study explores issues of housing access and affordability in the context of Saskatoon in the heart of the Canadian prairies, on Treaty 6 Territory and the homeland of the Metis.
