[...] Specific duties and responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to the following and may be subject to change: RESPONSIBILITIES Program Management and Development • Manage the activities of staff in the Mental Health Services team, including individual counselling (both ACT General Counselling and Community Counselling) and psychoeducational group delivery. [...] • Maintain program policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to ensure programs and services are effective and sound. [...] • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and respect when communicating to ACT stakeholders and external contacts. [...] • Strong ability to measure and manage and operationalize strategic planning goals and to lead staff activity through team/individual workplans.
