[...] The proposed design follows the principles set forth by the policies illustrated at length in the dedicated previous section of this report (see page 5) regarding the use of materials for the façade and the glazing requirements. [...] The wrap around panel meant to hold the retail signage and hanging just above the ground floor, recalls the cornices that visually separate the commercial level from the residential ones in the heritage brick rows.
