[...] 997, 2022 A BYLAW TO REGULATE COUNCIL MEETINGS AND PROCEDURES IN THE CITY OF GREENWOOD The Council of the Corporation of the City of Greenwood, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: WHEREAS Section 231 of the Municipal Act requires that Council by bylaw regulate Council meetings and their conduct, and provides for regulating the procedures of Council; AND WHEREAS Section 296 of the Municip.
