Summary: Manages the day-to-day operations of the program to ensure achievement of goals and objectives consistent with ISSofBC's policies and the funder’s guidelines. [...] Analyzes developments in the local labour market and trends in the employment and career counselling fields, as well as ISSofBC and funder’s guidelines to ensure that program activities remain relevant and current. [...] • Coordinates service delivery activities including program marketing and participant recruitment, data collection and reporting, management of collaborative relationships, and management of performance outcomes. [...] • Plans and coordinates the implementation of program services, including preparation of group training schedules and the allocation of staff and material resources. [...] • Coordinates the development and maintenance of comprehensive, up-to-date databases to support various services of the program, including employer and client job matching.
