Luc previously worked at the International Development Research Center (IDRC) between 1989 and 2021, in various support programs for researchers and research organizations in the global South and Canada, in the social and environmental sciences, natural sciences and engineering, and technology and education. [...] After practicing with a Commercial Law Firm, Hesse and Larsey, Nana worked as Legal Officer with the Secretariat of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights in Banjul, the Gambia; and the African Society of International and Comparative Law in Accra.
