Each registration has a cover page that included the names and affiliations of the principal investigators and co-investigators as well as the signature of the Chairman of the Board and President and CEO of the Genome Centre approving the project for submission.49 Three pages were then devoted to a summary of each project or science and technology platform and two pages for a description of the ro.
