The lecture components of our classes can have up to 35 students, and our on- campus physics labs hold a maximum of 18 students to give students the opportunity to work with the concepts actively in class through interactions with the instructor and students. [...] The most significant trend in our department has been a sharp decline in the number of students interested in our introductory Astronomy courses which will likely result in the loss of two sections of ASTR-101 in the coming academic year. [...] While the instructor’s opinion of the change was positive, Astro 100 returned to having a final exam; due to the need to formally revise the course outline to make the change permanent, and due to the advent of ChatGPT. [...] Due to the current circumstances, in the academic year 2022/2023 the College Administration decided to offer some of the UT courses online (25%) and the rest (75%) to be taught in person. [...] Recently, the Administration of the College has decided to transfer the school to a new location at the end of the year.
