8.2 Despite any other provisions of this By-law, in the case of buildings and structures located on properties that have been designated under Section 29, 34.5 or 41 of the Ontario Heritage Act, no Owner shall alter the Property or permit the alteration of the Property if the alteration is likely to affect the property's Heritage Attributes, unless the Owner has acquired a Heritage Permit or other.
