The information, data, recommendations and conclusions contained in the Report (collectively, the “Information”): ◼ is subject to the scope, schedule, and other constraints and limitations in the Agreement and the qualifications contained in the Report (the “Limitations”); ◼ represents AECOM’s professional judgement in light of the Limitations and industry standards for the preparation of similar. [...] Land Use within the Study Area, as designated by Schedule B of the GID Secondary Plan (2017) and the Schedule 2 of the City of Guelph’s OP (2021a), include a mix of Adaptive Re-use and Industrial to the north and west, Glenholme Estate Residential to the east, Employment Mixed-use 2 to the north and west as well as Significant Natural Areas & Natural Areas associated with the Eramosa River and Cly. [...] From west to east, the bedrock rises at the plateau southwest of the WRIC buildings to approximately 328 mASL, then decreases to the low point of approximately 289.5 mASL in the centre of the Study Area before rising to approximately 312 mASL at the eastern edge of the Subject Lands by the intersection of Watson Parkway South and Stone Road East. [...] Generally, the shallow groundwater flow trends were interpreted as directed towards the bedrock low point at the central portion of the Study Area Some shallow groundwater flow to the south-southwest of the plateau may be directed towards the Eramosa River; however, lack of data to the south and west of the plateau restricted detailed contouring from being approximated in this portion of the Study. [...] It originates north of the Study Area near the Town of Erin and flows through the Study Area to the confluence with the Speed River, southwest of the Study Area and immediately north of Gordon Street in the City of Guelph.
