This program launches two new streams for refugees and displaced persons in addition to the existing regional EMPP economic programs, including the Provincial Nominee Program. The EMPP Federal Skills Job Offer Stream is open to refugees and displaced persons with an active job offer from a Canadian employer in an in-demand industry, while the EMPP Federal Skills Without a Job Offer Stream is open.
