[...] 22 (VERNON) AND CUPE LOCAL 5523 Collective Agreement 2022-2025 Page 15 (ii) If an employee is in the process of preparing for the required qualifications at the time of notice of layoff or bumping, the employee shall be allowed to bump provided the qualifications are achieved before the scheduled date of assuming the position.
