One of our initial actions is to commit ourselves to developing and refining a process to ensure the financial wellness services, training, tools, and resources we develop are inclusive of Indigenous Peoples, or where appropriate, directly tailored for their needs. [...] With the guidance of an Indigenous advisor who has expert knowledge of, and experience working with, the unique and diverse perspectives and needs of Indigenous Peoples, we are seeking to deepen our understanding and competency in this work. [...] • Recommend the next course of action for this set of resources, which may include recommendations for wider Indigenous consultation and subsequent revision or tailoring of the resources to ensure that the resources are inclusive of and relevant for Indigenous audiences. [...] While we have sought to make a positive contribution to advancing Indigenous financial wellness in Canada, we acknowledge that we have made mistakes along the way, including how we involve and recognize the contribution of Indigenous partners, knowledge, and culture in the development of our tools and resources. [...] RFP Conditions Fixed price and term Prosper Canada will hire the successful proponent (firm) on a fixed-price contract basis, where the duration and amount of the contract will be agreed at the outset of the project, based on the quote prepared in response to this RFP and any subsequent mutually agreed upon amendments.
