1.02 The Board recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative for the purposes of conducting collective bargaining regarding rates of pay, hours of work, and all other working conditions of the employees of the Board, as long as the Union retains its right to conduct collective bargaining on behalf of such employees, under provisions of the British Columbia Labour Relations Code as certified. [...] 1.05 The Board agrees that the Union shall have the right to maintain a bulletin board in a convenient location in all schools, provided that the use of such shall be restricted to the postings of notices regarding the business affairs, meetings, social events and reports of the Union. [...] The Board agrees that a copy of any correspondence between the Board and any employee in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement pertaining to the interpretation or application of any clause in this Agreement shall be forwarded to the Executive of the Union. [...] 3.02 The Board shall, during the life of this Agreement, deduct as a condition of employment, a sum equivalent to dues as set by the Union from the pay due each pay period to each employee and remit the same to the Treasurer of the Union not later than the 10th day of the month following the pay period for which such deductions are made. [...] 12.08 Transfers By mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union, an employee may be transferred from one (1) position to another in the same classification within the school district: i) In extra-ordinary circumstances where the transfer will be mutually beneficial to the employee and the Employer, and where the transfer will not create a hardship to the Union or other members of the bargai.
