Announced New Cardiovascular and Stroke Institute In partnership with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association, Eastern Health announced plans for the construction of a new Cardiovascular and Stroke Institute located at the Health Sciences Centre.
