11 Jan 2002

From January-February 2000, the Global Knowledge Youth Advisory Council facilitated an e-conference on "Youth: Building Knowledge Societies." This event brought together more than 350 participants, primarily young people between the ages of 15-30 from developing countries, to explore how youth are using Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the production, dissemination and use of knowledge for sustainable development.
