[...] 5.07 Bulletin Board The Board agrees that the Union shall have the right to maintain a bulletin board in a convenient location in all facilities under the jurisdiction of the Board, provided that the use of such shall be restricted to the postings of notices regarding the business affairs, meetings, social events and reports of the Union. [...] 5.08 Resolutions and Reports of the Board The Board agrees that any recommendation or matters considered by the Board relating to rates of pay, promotions, hiring or discharge of all temporary, casual and regular employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall be communicated in writing to the Union at the time of their consideration and decision by the Board.
