91 (NECHAKO LAKES) (hereinafter called the "Board") PARTY OF THE FIRST PART AND: THE CANADIAN UNION OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES (LOCAL 4177)(hereinafter called the "Union") PARTY OF THE SECOND PART PREAMBLE The purpose of this Agreement is to secure for the Board, the Union, and the employees the full benefits of legal collective bargaining and to ensure to the utmost extent possible fair and reasonable r.
