The Board shall remit the dues deducted pursuant to such assignment to the Treasurer of the Union not later than the fifteenth (15th) of the month following in which deductions were made, with a written statement of names of the employees for whom the deductions were made and the amount of each deduction. [...] If the Board proposes an extension to the probationary period, such a proposal shall be sent, in writing, to the Union, with a copy to the employee and shall detail: (a) the length of the proposed extension; (b) the reasons for such extension; (c) feedback to help the employee successfully complete the probationary period. [...] 11.02 Names of Stewards and Grievance Committee The Union shall notify the Board in writing of the name of each Steward and the name of the Lead Steward. [...] The Minister of Finance on the Minister's requisition, shall pay out of the consolidated revenue fund one-third (1/3) of the cost incurred by the Parties for payment of reasonable remuneration, travelling and out-of-pocket expenses of the person named or the named-person's substitute. [...] Should the Parties disagree as to the meaning of the decision, either Party may apply to the Chair of the Board to reconvene the Board of Arbitration to clarify the decision, which it shall do within three (3) days.
