The Regulated Health Professions Network Act builds on the excellent regulatory systems already in practice. The Act authorizes regulated health professions in Nova Scotia to collaborate, on a voluntary basis, in regulatory processes related to the investigation of complaints, interpretation and/or modification of scopes of practice, and review of registration appeals.
